I started my career in Citibank within the Security Management Services team, before joining IACS, our family business, in 2006.
Since this time, I have been a part of the IACS Accounts team. Sitting at the core of our organisation, accounts is naturally a busy area, which is one of the reasons why I love my role.
More recently, I have supported the company by structuring the relationship between IACS and IACS Training and Education (IACS T&E) while also establishing the new systems and processes needed to secure the foundations of our new subsidiary.
The launch of IACS T&E marks an exciting time for our organisation, not only is it a significant investment but it formalises our commitment to learning and skills development, which have always been core to our values and how we operate our business.
At IACS, we are committed to providing excellent service to our clients, and this same ethos is how we are building our training and education brand.
Meeting with our partners who have been integral to the launch of IACS T&E and our first cohort of apprentices has been extremely rewarding and we hope that this will be the start of long-standing collaborations and relationships.
I am certainly looking forward to seeing those that we support through education and training progress through their career, knowing that we have played an important part in helping them achieve their potential to be world-class inspectors for our industry.
I’m also a busy mum of two, who enjoys travelling and visiting new places with my children, especially the beach! You may also be surprised to learn that I collect maps, the more unusual the better!
