I started my career in Citibank within the Security Management Services team before joining IACS, our family business, in 2006.
I initially sat at the core of our organisation, within the IACS accounts team. I then moved to take on a more active role in the day-to-day operations of IACS Ltd.
Today my core focus is on maintaining our commitment to service excellence and high standards of quality and safety for our clients, contractors and apprentices.
An important part of this is ensuring that our business and colleagues are continuously equipped with the knowledge and skills required to support the changing needs of our industry.
This is why I was proud to launch and set the foundations for our IACS Training and Education (IACS T&E) subsidiary and the Practitioner in Pipelines for Hydrogen and Utilities’ Apprenticeship.
IACS T&E marks a significant investment for our business, formalises our commitment to the industry and to learning and skills development – which are core to our values and how we operate.
I’m also a busy mum of two, who enjoys travelling and visiting new places with my children, especially the beach. You may also be surprised to learn that I collect maps, the more unusual the better!
