After working in the pipeline construction industry in management positions for over twenty years, I founded IACS in 1998. It was a big risk at the time, but I’ve never regretted it for a second, and am very proud of everything IACS has achieved.
I’ve especially enjoyed the opportunity to manage contracts on various continents including Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America. As I enjoy history, especially the Napoleonic wars, it’s been great to travel and gain insight into other cultures.
I like looking for the next opportunities and challenges, establishing the Pipeline Training Company in 2005 as part of a joint venture. I’m proud to have personally been involved in developing and co-ordinating training courses which have given over 300 new and existing Inspectors opportunities in our sector. I’m currently responsible for business development including preparation of prequalification documents and tenders.
