Before joining IACS Ltd, John enjoyed a 30-year career in the Financial Services industry. Beginning at ‘Big Bang’ in 1986, John began his career as a 'Blue Button' on the floor of the old London Stock Exchange building at the junction of Throgmorton Street and Old Broad Street.
After starting his journey within the Securities arm of a major US bank, he was subsequently engaged by some of the most prestigious UK Merchant and Investment Banks in the Square Mile.
After co-founding what was considered at the time to be one of the most successful ever UK Stockbrokers start-ups’, he migrated to the Channel Islands; firstly to Guernsey, then to Jersey where he became the ‘Principal Person’ at a locally based Wealth Management office.
Here he specialised in assisting a wide variety of clients from ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices and corporations in the areas of debt and equity listings on the now TISE (formerly The Channel Islands Stock Exchange), Captives and Collectives.
Today, as Head of Group Corporate Strategy, John reports directly to the Group’s main board and is charged with positioning the business for the transition to hydrogen and creating value for both stakeholders and shareholders alike.
